after being heavily involved from the agency side in Mercy's brand consolidation and launch of their state-of-the-art labor and birth suites, i was asked to collaborate with the Mercy team directly on the biggest directional shift in their brand's history. no doubt, 2014 will be a memorable year for the entire organization -- the year their corporate communications finally start to approach the quality of care they provide for millions of patients. spots based on this treatment will begin airing during the Winter Olympics.
